Ingredients considered allergens are identified by the corresponding allergen number shown in bold red brackets and listed in the table at the bottom of the page.
To preserve all its qualities, we serve our pizzas and focaccias with organic extra virgin olive oil, DOP Colline Salernitane, added raw. Our dough is strictly handmade.
We use wheat germ flour and stone-ground remilled semolina, a flour blend capable of absorbing a high quantity of water.
A maturation time of 18/24 hours guarantees a highly digestible product.
