The menu shows the description of the ingredients of the dishes with an indication of those considered allergens in accordance with All.Il to EC Reg. 1169/2011.
The ingredient considered to be an allergen is identified with the number of the corresponding allergen in the table at the bottom of the page, placed in bold red brackets.

To preserve its nutritional benefits, we serve all our pizzas and focaccia breads with organic extra virgin olive oil “DOP Colline Salernitane”. Our dough is handmade.
The flour used is wheat germ and stone-ground semolina, this type of flour absorbs a high amount of water. 18/24 hours of rising guarantee a highly digestible product.
